The All American Diner brings another edition of Mexican Food Festival for its diners on popular demand in August for a month. Mexican food known for its appealing tastes and textures with a beautiful combination of fiery, tangy, aromatic and colourful ingredients is an absolute reflection of Mexican Culture. With the Mexican festival chefs are all set to experiment with the traditional recipes with slight modification to suit the Indian palate.
Some of the specials being served include: Chicken Tacos (Stuffed with diced chicken, trio peppers, Monterey Jack cheese) served with tomato salsa and sour cream; Mexican Vegetable& Cheese Wheels; Cinnamon& Chili Spiced Grilled Chicken; Refried Beans, Vegetable & Cheese Enchilada; Vegetarian Quesadilla (Flour Tortillas, Three Peppers, Corn, Kidney Beans, Cheddar Cheese); Coconut Cream Cheese Flan; Saffron Panna Cotta and many more lip smacking dishes. The festival shall continue till September end. ‘The All American Diner’, offers the great American Meal Experience – Waffles, Pancakes, Eggs, Burgers, Malts, Shakes and Coffees in an ambience that’s unmistakable reminiscent of the nifty fifties. The décor, the ambience and the food are all reminiscent of the ‘Diners’ spread over the length and breadth of the United States. Featuring a decadent all day breakfast, the bar to is open all day.
